Bahan (Ingredients):
6 mangkok beras (6 cups of rice)
6 mangkok santan (6 cups coconut
milk)
Bumbu (Seasonings):
2 lembar daun salam (2
bay leaves)
1 lembar daun pandan (1
pandan leaves)
2 batang sereh/serai (2
stalks lemon grass / citronella)
Garam secukupnya (Salt to taste)
Cara membuatnya (How to make):
Caranya seperti menanak nasi biasa tetapi air digant dengan sentan dan
diberi dengan santan dan diberi dengan bumbu-bumbunya. Menghilangkan dengan
semur, opor, sate, serundeng, kedede goring, tahu bumbu dendeng ragi dan
mentimun.
(Way as regular rice but
with sentan digant water and given with milk and given to the spices. Eliminate the stew, opportunistic, satay, serundeng,
kedede fried, tofu jerky seasoning yeast and cucumbers).
