Nasi Gurih (Tasty rice)



Bahan (Ingredients):
6 mangkok beras (6 cups of rice)
6 mangkok santan (6 cups coconut milk)

Bumbu (Seasonings):
2 lembar daun salam (2 bay leaves)
1 lembar daun pandan (1 pandan leaves)
2 batang sereh/serai (2 stalks lemon grass / citronella)
Garam secukupnya (Salt to taste)

Cara membuatnya (How to make):
Caranya seperti menanak nasi biasa tetapi air digant dengan sentan dan diberi dengan santan dan diberi dengan bumbu-bumbunya. Menghilangkan dengan semur, opor, sate, serundeng, kedede goring, tahu bumbu dendeng ragi dan mentimun.
