Bahan (Ingredients):
1 ikan misoa (1 fish misoa)
2 buah oyong (2 pieces of
squash)
1 butir telur (1 egg)
1 ½ mangkok mentega (1 ½
cup butter)
Bumbu (Seasonings):
3 buah bawang (3 pieces of
garlic)
1 siung bawang putih (1
clove garlic)
2 batang daun bawang merah (2
leeks red)
2 batang daun seledri (2
stalks celery)
Garam, vitsin secukupnya (Salt,
to taste vitsin)
Cara membuat:
Oyong dikupas lalu dipotong bulat. Daun seledri dipotong memanjang 2 cm.
Bawang ditumis sampai harum. Kemudian masukkan oyong dan air. Biarkan mendidih
lalu masukkan misoa. Terakhir masukkan daun bawang merah dan daun seledri.
Jangan lupa garam dan vitsin.
