Mie Goreng (Fried Noodles)



Bahan (Ingredients):
¼ kg mie basah (¼ kg wet noodle)
4 buah jamur kering (4 pieces of dried mushrooms)
1 lembar daun sawi kering (Dry mustard 1 bay leaves)
3 lembar daun sawi hijau (3 green cabbage leaves)
2 butir telur (2 eggs)
4 sendok makan minyak goring (4 tablespoons cooking oil)

Bumbu (Seasonings):
3 batang daun bawang merah (3 leeks red)
2 siung bawang putih (2 cloves garlic)
4 buah bawang merah (4 pieces of red onion)
1 sendok makan kecap asin (1 tablespoon soy sauce)
1 sendok kecap manis (1 tablespoon soy sauce)
Garam dan vitsin secukupnya (Salt to taste and vitsin)

Cara membuatnya (How to make):
Bawang merah dirajang dan bawang putih dipukul-pukul, kemudian ditumis bersama jamur hingga harum. Kemudian ditumis bersama jamur hingga harum. Kemudia masukkan daun kol yang sudah dirajng dan daun sawi yang dipotong-potong. Tambahkan kecap asin, vitsin, dan sedikit air. Tutuplah sebentar lalu masukkan mie dan daun bawang merah yang dirajang, dan aduk terus.
