Nasi kebuli (Rice Kebuli)



Bahan (Ingredients):
6 mangkok beras  (6 cups of rice)
6 mangkok santan (6 cups coconut milk)

Bumbu (Seasonings):
1 sendok teh ketumbar (1 teaspoon coriander)
½ sendok teh jinten (½ teaspoon cumin)
½ sendok teh merica (½ teaspoon pepper)
1 batang kayu manis (1 cinnamon stick)
5 biji cengkeh (5 cloves seeds)
1 potong jahe (1 piece of ginger)
1 potong laos  (1 piece of laos)
1 lembar daun salam (1 bay leaf)
1 batang sereh/serai  (1 stalk lemon grass / citronella)
2 lembar daun jeruk purut (2 kaffir lime leaves)
Sedikit pala (A little nutmeg)
Garam dan vitsin secukupnya (Salt to taste and vitsin)

Cara membuat (How to make):
Caranya seperti memasak nasi gurih. Cara menghidangkannya dengan tahu goreng, telur rebus digoreng kemudian disambal, daun sledri dan mentimun.
