Kare Ayam (Chicken curry)



Bahan (Ingredients):
2 mangkok daging ayam (2 cups chicken meat)
2 mangkok santan kelapa (2 cups coconut milk)
2 Sendok makan mentega/minyak goring (2 Tablespoon butter / cooking oil)

Bumbu (Seasonings):
5 buah bawang merah (5 pieces of red onion)
2 siung bawang putih (2 cloves garlic)
1 sendok teh ketumbar (1 teaspoon coriander)
2 buah cabe merah (2 pieces of red pepper)
2 biji kemiri (2 nutmeg seed)
1 lembar daun jeruk purut (1 kaffir lime leaves)
Jinten, kunyit sedikit (Cumin, turmeric slightly)
Garam, asam, dan vitsin secukupnya (Salts, acids, and taste vitsin)


Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Daging ayam yang sudah dicuci dipotong-potong sesuai selera. Bumbu dihaluskan kecuali daun jeruk purut, lalu ditumis sampai harum. Selanjutnya daging ayam dimasukan dan diaduk sampai rata. Biarkan sampai keluar airnya, barulah tuangkan santan. Tunggu sampai mendidih dan menjadi agak kering (kuah tinggal sedikit).
(Washed chicken cut into pieces according to taste. Seasoning mashed except lime leaves, then sauteed until fragrant. Further included chicken and stir until blended. Allow to drain, then pour the coconut milk. Wait until the boil and become a bit dry (soup is low).
