Kare Kepiting (Crab curry)



Bahan (Ingredients):
3 ekor kepiting gemuk (3 crab fat tails)
1 ½ gelas santan (1 ½ cups coconut milk)
3 sendok makan minyak goreng/mentega (3 tablespoons cooking oil / butter)

Bumbu (Seasonings):
3 buah cabe merah (3 pieces of red pepper)
2 sendok makan irisan bawang merah (2 tablespoons sliced ​​red onion)
2 siung bawah putih (2 cloves of garlic)
1 potong jahe (1 piece of ginger)
1 potong kunyit/kunir (1 piece turmeric / turmeric)

Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Cucuilah kepiting hingga bersih lalu dibelah dua. Haluskan bumbu-bumbu kecuali daun salam, sereh, dan laos. Tumislah bumbu-bumbu bersama santan, biarkan mendidih. Masukan kepiting dan biarkan sampai masak. Hidangkan dalam basi tertutup.
