Asam-Asam (Amino-Acid)



Bahan (Ingredients):
2 mangkok buncis (2 cups green beans)
½ mangkok daging (½ cup of meat)
2 mangkok kaldu daging (2 cups beef broth)

Bumbu (Seasonings):
5 butir bawang merah (5 red onions)
3 siung bawang putih (3 cloves garlic)
5 buah belimbing wuluh (5 pieces of starfruit)
1 lembar daun salam (1 bay leaf)
1 potong laos (1 piece of laos)
Gula, garam, dan vitsin secukupnya (Sugar, salt, and taste vitsin)

Cara Memasak (How to cook):
Buncis dipotong-potong menjadi 3 bagian, daging dipotong persegi. Semua bumbu dirajang kemudian ditumis dengan sedikit minyak. Sesudah itu buncis dimasukan bersama dengan air kaldu. Terakhir bubuhkan garam dan vitsin, tunggu samapi medidih/masak/ Bila perlu buncis bisa diganti kacang panjang.
