Bahan (Ingredients):
200 gram ikan mas (200 grams of carp)
Tangkai kemangi (Stalk of basil)
Batang sereg (dipotong serong) (Sereg rod (oblique cut)
Daun bawang (dipotong serong) (Green onion (cut oblique)
6 lembar daun salam (6 bay leaves)
6 lembar daun jeruk purut (6 kaffir lime leaves)
Garam secukupnya (Salt to taste)
Bumbu yang Dihaluskan (Spices that are):
Cabai Merah (Cayenne pepper)
Bawang putih (Garlic)
Kemiri (Hazelnut)
Kunyit (Turmeric)
Jahe (Ginger)
Gula pasir (Granulated sugar)
Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Cuci bersih ikan mas, lumuri dengan
garam, air jeruk niis, air jahe, biarkan selama 15 menit. Setela itu lumuri
ikan mas dengan bumbu yang dihaluskan. Bungkus dengan daun pisang, tambahkan
kemangi, sereh, daun bawang, tomat, daun salam, dan daun jeruk. Kukus selama 5
jam sampai masak dan durinya lunak, angkat lalu panggang sampai setengah
kering.
