Oseng Daun Pepaya Jengki (Papaya Leaf jeans Stir)



Bahan (Ingredients):
1 ikat daun papaya muda (1 bunch young papaya leaves)
1 ons teri jengki (1 ounce anchovy jeans)
3 siung bawang putih (3 cloves garlic)
4 butir bawang merah (4 red onions)
2 buah cabai merah (2 red chilies)
2 buah cabai hijau (2 green chilies)
1 buah tomat (1 tomato)
2 lembar daun salam (2 bay leaves)
2 potong lengkuas (2 slices galangal)
Garam dan gula secukupnya (Salt and sugar to taste)


Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Daun papaya dicuci bersih kemudian direbus sampai matang, tiriskan lalu dirajang. Bawang putih, bawang merah, cabai merah, cabai hijau, dirajang kemudian ditumis sampai wangi. Masukan daun papaya dan terakhir masukan teri jengki yang telah digoreng. Aduk rata, jika ingin sayur berkuah, beri sedikit air, lalu tambahkan garam dan gula secukupnya. Aduk lalu angkat.
