Bahan (Ingredients):
1 ekor bandeng (1 whole milk)
Minyak goreng secukupnya (Cooking oil to taste)
Bumbu (Seasonings):
6 buah cabai merah (6 red chilies)
3 siung bawang putih (3 cloves garlic)
1 sendok teh gula (1 teaspoon sugar)
1 sendok makan kecap manis (1 tablespoon soy sauce)
3 buah tomat (3 tomatoes)
Sedikit jahe (A little ginger)
Cabe rawit secukupnya (Cayenne pepper to taste)
Garam dan visin (Salt and visin)
Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Ikan bandeng dibersihkan lalu dipotong sesuai selera, kemudian
digoreng. Cabe merah dan tomat direbus kemudian dihaluskan bersama bawang putih
dn jahe. Selanjutnya bumbu ditumis dengan sedikit miyak sampai harum, ditambah
sedikit kecap dan air. Terakhir masukan ikan bandeng dan vitsin. Tunggu sampa
mendidih dan kuahnya agak kering.
