Bubur Syura (Porridge Shura)



Bahan (Ingredients):
3 mangkok beras  (3 bowls of rice)
9 ½ mangkok santan (9 ½ cup coconut milk)

Bumbu  (Seasonings):
Garam dan vitsin (Salt and vitsin)

Cara  Membuat  (How to Make):
Beras yang sudah dicuci dimasak sampai kental dan lembek. Kemudian dihidangkan dengan sayur kare, opor, abon, telur dadar yang diiris-iris halus, sambil goreng kering rempah, kacang, bawang merah dan cabe goreng.
(Washed rice is cooked until thick and mushy. Then served with vegetable curry, opportunistic, shredded, scrambled eggs finely sliced, fried with spices, beans, onions and chili fries).
