Sambal Goreng Daun Mangkokan (Leaves Fried Mangkokan)



Bahan(Ingredients):
20-30 lembar daun mangkokan (20-30 leaves mangkokan)
2 ons daging giling (2 ounces of ground beef)
1 ½ ons udang kupas (1 ½ ounces peeled shrimp)
5 buah cabai merah (5 red chilies)
3 siung bawang putih (3 cloves garlic)

5 butir bawang merah (5 red onions)
½ butir kelapa (dibuat santan) (½  coconut (coconut milk is made)
Garam dan gula secukupnya (Salt and sugar to taste)

Cara Membuat(How to Make):
Cabai merah, bawang merah, dan bawang putih dirajang kemudian ditumis sampai wangi. Masukan daging, udang garam, dan gula secukupnya. Masak sampai daging dan udang berubah warna, lalu masukan santan. Setelah santan mendidih masukan rajangan daun mangkokan. Rebus sampai masak lalu angkat.
