Bahan (Ingredients):
150 gram fillet ikan kakap/tengiri
(digilang) (150
grams of fish fillet snapper / Spanish mackerel (milled)
100 cc santan kental (100 cc coconut mink)
1 butir telur ayam (1 egg)
Daun pisang (Banana leaf)
Bumbu yang Dihaluskan (Spices that are):
2 siung bawang putih (2 cloves garlic)
6 butir bawang merah (6 red onions)
3 butir kemiri (3 eggs hazelnut)
1 potong kencur (1 piece kencur)
1 potong lengkuas (1 piece of galangal)
1 sendok teh ketumbar sangan (1 teaspoon coriander
partner)
Garam, gula, dan lada secukupnya (Salt, sugar, and pepper
to taste).
Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Semua bumbu dicampur menjadi satu
bersama ikan giling, santan, dan telur, kocok, aduk rata. Masukan adonan dalam
takir daun pisang atau dibungkus, kukus hingga matang.
