Bahan (Ingredients):
½ ekor ayam (potong-potong) (1/2 chicken (cut into
pieces)
2 buah belimbing buah/ belimbing
manis (2 star fruit
fruit / sweet starfruit)
1 buah paprika (potong-potong) (1 bell pepper (cut into
pieces)
2 siung bawang putih (dipipihkan) (2 cloves garlic
(flattened)
½ butir bawang Bombay (dirajang) (½ Bombay onions (chopped)
1 ruas jahe (dirajang sebesar korek
api) (One segment of
ginger (chopped for matches)
1 sendok makan kecap asin (1 tablespoon soy sauce)
1 sendok makan kecap manis (1 tablespoon soyaben
sauce)
1 sendok makan minyak wijen (1 tablespoon sesame oil)
1 sendok makan sagu (dicairkan) (1 tablespoon of sago
(thawed)
Minyak dan air secukupnya (Oil and water to taste)
Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Belimbing manis dipotong-potong,
sisihkan. Panaskan minyak lalu masukan bawang putih dan bawang bombay, masak
sampai layu dan harum. Masukan ayam dan setelah ayam berubah warna, tambahkan
air secukupnya. Masukan paprika, jahe, kecap asin, kecap manis, dan minyak
wijen. Setelah mendidih masukan potongan belimbing, biarkan sampai air
berkurang. Terakhir, masukan sagu cair, aduk rata kemudian angkat.
