Bahan(Ingredients) :
2 genggam daun beluntas muda (2 handfuls of leaves of
young beluntas)
1 genggam daun kemangi (1 handful of basil leaves)
600 gram ikan tengiri (600 grams of fish Spanish

100 gram cabai merah (100 grams of red pepper)

Cara Membuat(How to Make):
Semua bumbu kecuali belimbing sayur,
dihaluskan. Ikan tengiri setelah dipotong-potong dilumuri bumbu, biarkan
beberapa saat agar bumbu meresap. Setelah itu masing-masing potongan ikan
tengiri dibalut dengan rajangan belimbing sayur, daun kemangi dan daun
beluntas. Bungkus dengan daun pisang lalu kukus hingga matang.
