Bahan (ingredients):
2 buah wortel (2 carrots)
3 lembar daun kol (3 pieces of cabbage leaf)
1 tangkai sawi hijau (1 stalk of green cabbage)
12 ½ ons bunga kol (12 ½ ounces of cauliflower)
3 butir bakso ikan/daging (3 eggs meatball fish / meat)
1 paha ayam (1chicken thighs)
2 sondok makan kecap asin (2 sondok eat soy sauce)
2 sendok makan tepung maizena (2 tablespoons cornstarch)
1 sendok makan mentega (1 tablespoon butter)
Kaldu ayam, lada, dan garam secukupnya (Chicken
broth, pepper, and salt to taste)
Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Wortel dikupas kulitnya, dicuci, lalu diiris serong
Daun kol, sawi hijau, bunga kol, dicuci bersih lalu
dipotong-potong.
Bakso ikan /daging diiris-iris, paha ayam setelah direbus matang
dagingnya di suir-suir
Panaskan mentega, masukan serpihan daging ayam dan irisan bakso,
wortel, daun kol, sawi, bunga kol, bersama lada, dan garam secukupnya yang
telah dihaluskan, aduk sampai rata. Tuangkan kaldu ayam, tambahkan kecap asin,
aduk. Setelah semua baham matang, masukan tepung maizena yang sudah di encerkan
dengan air sambil diaduk sampai kental lalu diangkat, pindahkan kedalam piring.
