Bahan (Ingredients):
1 ekor ayam muda
1 buah kelapa parut (1/3 bagian di sangrai, 2/3 bagian diperas=4

Garam, asam, lengkuas, gula merah, secukupnya (Salt, tamarind, ginger,
brown sugar, to taste)
Cara membuat (How to make):
Ayam dipotong lalu dicuci bersih
Haluskan ketumbar , jintan, bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri, cabai
merah, kunyit, asam jawa. Kacang merah dicuci bersih 1/3 bagian kelapa parut,
disangrai. Panaskan minyak di wajan, secukupnya untuk menumis bumbu-bumbu yang
telah halus hingga harum aromanya. Setelah itu masukkan serai, salam, lengkuas.
Ayam dimasak sejenak dan dituangkan santan. Setelah ayam agak lunak, masukkan
kelapa yang sudah di sangrai, lalu masak terus hingga kering dan matang.
