Bahan (Ingredients):
1 mangkok daun bayam (1
cup spinach leaves)
1 mangkok santan kelapa (1 cup coconut milk)
Sepotong kecil tempe busuk (A small piece of rotten tempe)
Bumbu (Seasonings):
3 biji bawang merah (3
onion seeds)
1 siung bawang putih (1
clove garlic)
2 biji kemiri (2
nutmeg seed)
1 potong laos (1
piece of laos)
1 lembar daun jeruk purut (1 kaffir lime leaves)
1 lembar daun salam (1
bay leaf)
Sedikit kencur, garam dan vaksin (Little kencur, salt and vaccines)
Cara Membuat (How
to Make):
Masaklah sir sampai mendidih, masukan bayam yang telah dicuci.
Setelah mendidih, bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan dimasukkan bersama tempe busuk
yang sudah dihaluskan pula. Laos, daun salam dan vitsin dimasukkan tanpa
dihaluskan. Terakhir santan dimasukkan dan tunggu sampai mendidih kembali.
(Sir Cook until boiling, add the washed
spinach. After boiling, put spice paste with mashed tempe already rotten
anyway. Laos, bay leaves and put vitsin without mashed. Last coconut inserted
and wait for it to boil again).
