Bahan(Ingredients):
1 ekor ayam kampong(1 chicken village)
3 sendok makan kecap manis (3 tablespoons soy sauce)
1 sendok makan kecap asin (1 tablespoon soy sauce)
4 lembar daun salam (4 bay leaves)
2 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan (2 cm ginger, crushed)
200 cc santan (200 cc coconut milk)
Garam dan minyak goreng secukupnya (Salt and cooking oil to
taste)
Bumbu yang Dihaluskan (Spices that are):
6 butir bawang merah (6 red onions)
4 siung bawang putih (4 cloves garlic)
2 cm jahe (2 cm ginger)
½ sendok teh lada halus (1/2 teaspoon pepper
powder)
Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan bersama
daun salam, sereh dan lengkuas hingga harum. Maukkan ayam, santanm kecap manis,
kecap asin dan garam. Masak selam 30 menit, sambil terus diaduk-aduk. Setelah
itu dipanggang sambil diolesi sambal. Boleh juga sambalnya disiramkan di atas
ayam panggang.
