200 gram oncom bandung (200 gram oncom bandung)
Gula pasir, garam, dan minyak

Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Rebus genjer sebentar, angkat lalu
tiriskan. Panaskan minyak, masukan daun bawang, bawang merah, bawang putih,
cabai merah, cabai hijau, petai tomat, daun salam, lengkuas, dan oncom, oseng
hingga matang. Terakhir masukan genjer, garam, dan gula. Aduk sebentar lalu angkat
dan siap dihidangkan.
(Genjer boiled briefly, remove and drain.
