Bahan (Ingredients):
4 biji tahu (4 seed
out)
3 mangkok air kelapa (3
cups coconut milk)
Minyak goreng secukupnya (Cooking oil to taste)
Bumbu (Seasonings):
3 biji bawang merah (3 onion seeds)
1 siung bawang putih (1 clove garlic)
Daun salam, ketumbar, asam, garam, gula merah dan laos (Bay leaves, coriander, tamarind, salt, brown
sugar and laos)
Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Ketumbar dan bawang putih dihaluskan. Bersama bumbu tersebut
tahu direbus dengan air kelapa atau air tawar biasa yang sudah dibubuhi garam,
gula, daun salam, lengkuas dan vitsin. Biarkan sampai kering, kemudian digoreng
dengan minyak.

oil).
