Bahan (Ingredients):
½ kg daging (½ kg of meat)
Minyak goreng  (Cooking oil)

Bumbu (Seasonings):
½ sendok teh ketumbar  (½ teaspoon coriander)
Sedikit jinten (A little cumin)
Gula, garam, vitsin, dan asam (Sugar, salt, vitsin, and acid)

Cara membuat (How to make):
Bumbu dihaluskan, daging yang sudah digodok dipotong segi empat dan dipukul-pukul biar lunak dan bumbu dapat meresap dalam daging.
 (Seasoning mashed, boiled meat that has been cut square and let pounded soft and seasoning can permeate meat).
