Cara
membuat:
Tahu
diiris empat persegi dan digoreng. Bumbu dihaluskan kecuali sereh daun jeruk
purut. Bumbu ditumis dengan sedikit minyak sampai harum, lalu dimasukan.
Terakhir tuangkan santan, didihkan sampai masak dan jangan lupa membubuhkan
vitsin.
