Cara
Memasak (How to
cook):
Cucilah
jeroan dan daging laludirebus hingga lunak, lalu potonglah tipis-tipis
sepanjang 1 ½ ruas jari. Bawang merah, cabai merah, sereh, dan daun jeruk nipis
diiris halus dan digoreng masing-masing tersendiri.
Kemiri,
laos, bawang merah dibakar lalu dihaluskan. Tambahkan garam dan merica lalu
tumislah. Jeruk nipis dikuliti dan dibakar, blimbing waluh diiris-iris.
Wijen
digoreng sangan dan dihaluskan, santan direbus hingga kental. Campur dalam
piring atau wajan/panic yaitu wijen halus, setengah bagian bumbu-bumbu pada
bumbu A, irisan blimbing waluh, dan tambahkan bumbu-bumbu pada bumbu B. Cairkan
dengan sangat kental dan tambahkan air jeruk yang sudah dibakar. Campurkan
irisan jeroan dengan bumbu-bumbu.
Hidangkan
dalam piring daging, dan taburkan sisa bumbu A diatasnya.
(Wash the
