5 buah wortel (5

2 mangkok kentang (2 cups potatoes)

cup long kacang)
1 mangkok taoge (1 cup bean sprouts)
1 buah ketimun sedang (1 piece of cucumber was)
10-15 batang buncis (10-15 stems of beans)
Daun slada secukupnya (Salad

Tahu (Tofu)

Bumbu (Seasonings):
2 mangkok kacang
tanah digoreng (2 cup fried peanuts)
3 buah cabai merah
besar (3 large red chilies)
5 biji bawang merah (5 seeds onion)
5 siung bawang putih (5 cloves garlic)
Cara Membuat (How
to Make):
Bawang merah dan putih
dirajang dan digoreng. Semua sayuran direbus dengan air. Tahu dan tempe
digoreng lalu diiris kecil-kecil, kacang tanah juga digoreng dan ditumbuk
samapi halus. Bumbu dihaluskan lalu ditumis sampai harum. Kacang goreng yang
sudah ditumbuk halus dimasukan dan dimasak dengan santan sampai keluar
minyaknya.
Hidangkan dipiring
yang sudah dialasi daun slada. Sayuran diatur diatasnya juga tahu, tempe,
kentang telur rebus (dipotong menjadi 4 bagian) lalu dihiasi dengan irisan
tomat. Bumbu disiamkan, ditambah krupuk dan emping lalu ditaburi bawang merah
yang sudah digoreng.
