kelapa agak tua (3
cups grated coconut rather old)
¼ kg daging yang

Minyak goreng

Bumbu (Seasonings):
½ sendok teh ketumbar (½ teaspoon coriander)
1 potong kunyit (1 piece turmeric)
1 lembar daun salam (1
bay leaf)
Asam, jinten, dan laos
sedikit-sedikit (Acid, cumin, and a
little laos)
Garam, gula dan
vitsin secukupnya (Salt, and sugar to
taste vitsin)
Cara Membuat (How
to Make):
Daging lunak diiris
melebar tipis-tipis, bumbu-bumbu dihaluskan lalu bersama irisan daging ditumis
dengan sedikit minyak. Masukan parutan kelapa dan tambah air sedikit, dimasak
sampai matang.
(Soft
flesh spread thinly sliced, crushed spices and sauteed with sliced meat with
a little oil. Put the grated coconut and add a little water, cook until done).
