Bahan (Ingredients):

daging kambing (½ kg mutton)

kelapa (¼ coconut)

makan minyak samin/ margarine (2 tablespoons cumin oil / margarine)
Bumbu (Seasonings):
1 sendok
makan serbuk bumbu gulai/ bumbu kare (1
tablespoon curry powder seasoning / spice curry)
5 buah
bawang merah (5 pieces of red onion)
3 siung
bawang putih (3 cloves garlic)
4 buah
cabe merah (4 pieces of red chilli)
1 batang
sereh (1 stalk lemon grass)
1 ruas
jari laos (1 knuckle laos)
2 helai
daun jeruk purut (2 kaffir lime leaves)
2 sendok
makan air asam (2 tablespoons tamarind water)
1 sendok
makan garam (1 tablespoon salt)
Cara
Membuat (How to Make):
Parutlah
kelapa dan buatlah santan +1 gelas. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih dan
cabe.
Memarkan sare dan laos. Kemudian tumislah bumbu-bumbu
tersebut hingga harum, masukan daging kambing yang telah dipotong-potong.
Masukan juga bumbu gulai/ kare setelah dicairkan dengan ¼ gelas air. Aduklah
hingga rata. Tambahkan 2 gelas air rebus, diatas api kecil saja. Bila daging
kambing telah agak lunak, masukan santan. Rebus hingga daging lunak. Waktu
menghidagkan, taburi atasnya dengan bawang merah goring.
