Bahan (ingredients):

4 butir bawang merah (4 red onions)
2 siung bawang putih (2 cloves garlic)
1 tangkai daun bawang (1 stalk spring onion)

Cara membuat (How to make):
Ikan kakap putih dibersihkan, buang bagian sisik, insang dan
kotorannya, lalu iris dikedua sisinya.
Haluskan garam dan lada, beri sedikit air. Poleskan air garam
dan lada pada kedua sisi ikan hingga rata. Lalu digoreng jangan terlalu kering.
Daun bawang dibersihkan, dicuci, dan diiris-iris. Bawang merah, bawang putih dikupas
dan ditumbuk halus, kemudian ditumis bersama cabai rawit dan tauco.
Sebentar kemudian tambahkan sedikit air, masukan ikan yang telah
digoreng tadi.
Wortel dikupas kulitnya iris-iris seperti irisan acar, dan cuci.
