Bahan (Ingredients):

Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Bawang putih
dipukul-pukul dan ditumis bersama jahe hingga berbau harum. Daging
dipotong-potong lalu dimasukan bersama kecap asin dan kecap manis, ditumis
sebentar lalu ditambah air, jangan lupa vitsin. Biarkan diatas api sedang dan
tunggu sampai daging menjadi empuk dan bumbu meresap.
