Bahan (Ingredients):

Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Cumi-cumi dibersihkan dari zat tintanya, dibelah bagian bawah
jari-jarinya, dikuliti, cuci bersih. Paprika dibuang isinya, dicuci lalu
dipotong-potong.
Demikian pula dengan buah tomat. Kupas bawang merah, bawang
putih, lalu diiris-iris tipis. Cabai hijau dibuang isinya, cuci lalu diiris
serong. Cuci belimbing wuluh, kemudian juga diiris serong.
Cabai merah dibuang isinya, cuci, ditumbuk sampai halus.
Panaskan mentega, tumis semua bumbu, masukan irisan tomat, paprika, cumi-cumi,
tambahkan garam secukupnya, aduk dengan sempurna sampai semuanya matang, lalu
angkat.
