Bahan (Ingredients):
3 potong tahu (3 cut tofu)
3 sendok makan kecap asin (3 tablespoons
soy sauce)
1 ½ sendok makan tepung kanji (1 ½
tablespoons cornflour)
3 sendok makan minyak goreng/ mentega (3
tablespoons cooking oil / butter)
Bumbu:
1 siung bawang putih (1 clove of
white onion)
1 batang daun bawang merah (1 stalk spring
onion)
Gula, garam, dan vitsin secukupnya (Sugar, salt,
and taste vitsin)
Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Bawang putih dipukul-pukul, daun bawang merah dipotong-potong
panjang lalu ditumis sampai harum. Tahu dimasukkan setelah dipotong-potong.
Masukan juga kecap asin sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk hati-hati.
Pergunaan api sedang-sedang saja. Panci ditutup lebih 7 menit
barulah diangkat. Jangan lupa masukan vitsi, garam, dan gula secukupnya.
