Bahan (Ingredients):
1 mangkok rebung kering (1 cup dried
bamboo shoots)
1 sendok makan kecap asin (1 tablespoon soy sauce)
Bumbu (Seasonings):
¼ sendok teh merica (¼ teaspoon
pepper)
2 batang daun bawang merah (2 leeks red)
2 siung bawang putih (2 cloves
garlic)
Daun kucai, garam, gula, dan vitsin (Leaves of chives, salt, sugar, and vitsin)
Cara Membuat (How to Make):
Rebung kering direndam lalu dicuci yang bersih, kemudian
dipotong-potong persegi. Bawang putih dimemarkan lalu ditumis. Sesudah itu
masukan rebung merica, garam, gula, kecap asin dan vitsin. Terakhir masukkan
daun kucai dan daun bawang merah.
