Bahan (Ingredients):
3 ekor
kepiting gemuk (3 crab fat tails)
1 ½ gelas
santan (1 ½ cups coconut milk)
3 sendok
makan minyak goreng/mentega (3
tablespoons cooking oil / butter)
Bumbu (Seasonings):
3 buah
cabe merah (3 pieces of red pepper)
2 sendok
makan irisan bawang merah (2 tablespoons
sliced red onion)
2 siung
bawah putih (2 cloves of garlic)
1 potong
jahe (1 piece of ginger)
1 potong
kunyit/kunir (1 piece turmeric / turmeric)
1 lembar
daun salam (1 bay leaf)
½ sendok
teh terasi (½ teaspoon shrimp paste)
1 sendok
makan air asam (1 tablespoon tamarind
water)
Vitsin
dan garam secukupnya (Vitsin and salt to
taste)
Cara
Membuat (How to Make):
Cucuilah
kepiting hingga bersih lalu dibelah dua. Haluskan bumbu-bumbu kecuali daun
salam, sereh, dan laos. Tumislah bumbu-bumbu bersama santan, biarkan mendidih.
Masukan kepiting dan biarkan sampai masak. Hidangkan dalam basi tertutup.
(Wash
crab to clean and cut in half. Blend the ingredients except the bay leaf,
lemongrass, and galangal. Tumis spices with coconut milk, bring to a boil. Put
crabs and leave to cook. Serve in a closed stale).
