Abon Jantung Pisang (Shredded Heart Bananas)



Bahan (Ingredients):
6 buah jantung (bunga) pisang batu/kapok (6 pieces of heart (flower) stone banana / sour)
1 mangkok santan kelapa kental (1 cup thick coconut milk)
Minyak kelapa secukupnya (Coconut oil to taste)

Bumbu (Seasonings):
1 sendok the ketumbar (1 teaspoon coriander)
Sedikit jinten (A little cumin)
5 buah bawang merah (5 pieces of red onion)
5 siung bawang putih (5 cloves garlic)
Gula, asam, garam, visin secukupnya (Sugar, acid, salt, to taste visin)

Cara Membuat:
Bagian luar (yang tebal) dari jantung pisang dibuang, kemudian dikukus sampai lunak. Setelah itu dihaluskan bersama dengan bumbu-bumbu. Campurkan sekali dengan santan kental, aduklah dengan baik agar bercampur benar. Kemudian gorenglah hingga kering. Tiriskan pada saringan.
