Botok Ikan Laut (Fish Botok)



Bahan (Ingredients):
1 ekor ikan tenggiri segar (1 whole fresh mackerel)
½ buah kelapa (½ coconut)
5 butir bawang merah (5 red onions)
2 siung bawang putih  (2 cloves garlic)
2 buah cabai hijau  (2 green chilies)
15 buah cabai rawit (15 pieces of cayenne pepper)
1 sendok teh ketumbar (1 teaspoon coriander)
1 lembar daun jeruk purut (1 kaffir lime leaves)
Garam secukupnya (Salt to taste)


Cara membuat  (How to make):
Ikan tenggiri dibersihkan, dibuang jerohan dan insangnya, dicuci bersih lalu dipotong-potong menjadi beberapa bagian.
