Ayam Paniki (Chicken Paniki)



Bahan (Ingredients):
1 ekor ayam muda dan gemuk (1 young chicken and fat)

Bumbu (Seasonings):
5 buah bawang putih (5 pieces of garlic)
8 buah cabai merah (8 red chilies)
1 ruas jari jahe (1 vertebra finger ginger)
1 sendok makan garam (1 tablespoon salt)
2 gelas santan kental (2 cups thick coconut milk)
2 gelas santan cair (2 cups of liquid milk)
3 sendok makan minyak goreng (3 tablespoons cooking oil)

Cara Membuat:
Bersihkan ayam, cuci dan potong-potong. Haluskan bumbu-bumbu, tumis, lalu masukkan daging ayam, tuangkan santan cair. Kalau ayam sudah setengah matang, masukan santan kental, masak terus sampai masak dan berminyak.
