Daging Bumbu Acar (Meat Seasonings Pickles)



Bahan (Ingredients):
500 gram daging has sapi (500 grams of beef cattle has)

Cara Membuat (How to Make:
Rebus dagig dalam air secukupnya hingga empuk, angkat. Potong daging ukuran 1,5 X 1,5 cm, goreng di atas api besar hingga berwarna kecoklatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingga harum. Tuangkan kaldu dan cuka, masak hingga mendidih.
Masukan cabai rawit, daging goreng dan kentang goreng. Masak selama 15 menit sambil aduk hingga kuah mengental.
Tambahkan 1 sendok makan bawang merah goreng. Masak hingga seluruh kuah meresap dan angkat.
Taburi dengan sisa bawang merah goreng dan sajikan.
