Ayam Panggang (Roast chicken)

kg ayam (1 kg chicken)

gram bubuk bawang putih (3 grams of garlic powder)

Cara
Membuat:
Bumbui
ayam dengan maltox sugar dan cuka merah sampai rata lalu diamkan selama 3-4
jam. Ayam dipanggang hingga matang, lalu dipotong menjadi 4 bagian. Siram
dengan semua saus dan bumbu yang telah dicampur rata, panggang lagi sebentar,
dan angkat.
