Flower Soup)

Membuat:
Bunga
pisang dibersihkan kemudian diikat per helai bunga. Daging ayam direbus sampai
empuk, lalu dipotong-potong. Masukan kembali dalam kaldu, masukan juga wortel,
potongan bakso dan bunga pisang. Bumbu-bumbu lainnya kecuali bawang goreng
ditumis dengan memntega sampai wangi lalu masukan dalam kaldu, masuak sampai
matang. Jika akan disantap, taburi bawang goreng. Enak disantap saat panas.
