Ayam Ungkep Pedas (Spicy Chicken Ungkep)


Bahan (ingredients):
1 kg daging ayam (potong-potong dan cuci bersih) (1 kg chicken (cut into pieces and wash))
2 buah jeruk nipis (ambil airnya) (2 pieces of orange juice (take the water))

Cara membuat:
Lumuri ayam dengan air jeruk nipis (diamkan selama ½ jam). Aduk ayam dengn bumbu halus, taruh di dalam wajan. Tambahkan tomat, daun jeruk,serai, daun bawang, cabai rawit, gula pasir, garam, dan tuangi air. Masak di atas api besar sampai ayam berubah warna. Kemudian kecilkan api dan masak terus dengan api kecil sampai ayam lunak. Masukan daun kemangi dan aduk rata. Angkat dan siap dihidangkan untuk 6 orang.
