Cara
Membuat:
Kukus
udang lalu kupas kulitnya kemudian dibelah 2. Daging ayam direbus lalu
diirsi-iris. Cumi dikupas dan dipotong lalu digoreng garing. Letakkan semua
bahan yang sudah matang ersebut di pirirng saji, lalu disiram dengan semua saus
dan bumbu yang telah dicampur dan ditumis. Saus mayones dapat disiramkan begitu
saja, tidak usah dicampr dengan saus yang lain.
