Bahan (ingredients):
100 gram daging ayam (100 grams of chicken meat)
100 gram uang (100 grams of money)
100 gram cumi (100 grams of squid)


100 gram daging ikan (100 grams of fish flesh)
Lumpia goreng (fried spring rolls)

Bumbu (Seasonings):
100 gram mayones (100 grams of mayonnaise)
100 gram saus wijen (100 grams of sesame sauce)
100 gram saus sambal (100 grams of chilli sauce)
50 gram saus tomat (50 grams of tomato sauce)
50 gram saus tiram (50 grams of oyster sauce)
 
Cara Membuat:
Kukus udang lalu kupas kulitnya kemudian dibelah 2. Daging ayam direbus lalu diirsi-iris. Cumi dikupas dan dipotong lalu digoreng garing. Letakkan semua bahan yang sudah matang ersebut di pirirng saji, lalu disiram dengan semua saus dan bumbu yang telah dicampur dan ditumis. Saus mayones dapat disiramkan begitu saja, tidak usah dicampr dengan saus yang lain.
