Bahan (Ingredients):
100 gram wortel (diparut kasar) (100 grams of carrots (grated coarse))

100 gram buncis (potong tipis-tipis serong) (150 grams ground beef or shrimp peeled)
100 gram kol putih (dirajang) (100 grams of white cabbage (chopped))
150 gram daging giling atau udang kupas (100 grams of green beans (cut into thin oblique))
1 batang daun bawang (Rajang serong) (1 leek (Rajang oblique))


1 batang daun seledri (dirajang) (1 stalk celery (chopped))
2 siung bawang putih (dicincang) (2 cloves garlic (chopped))
4 butir telur ayam (4 eggs) 
Garam dan lada halus secukupnya (Salt and pepper to taste fine)
Mentega untuk menumis (Butter for frying)

 
Cara Membuat:
Panaskan mentega lalu masukkan bawang putih dan bawang Bombay, masak sampai wangi dan layu. Masukan daging/udang, aduk dan masak sampai daging berubah warna. Masukan wortel, buncis, kol, daun bawang dan seledri. Tambahkan lada dan garam halus secukupnya, aduk hingga air sayuran mongering.
Kocok telur sebentar lalu tuangkan pada sayuran, diamkan beberapa saat baru dibalik. Jangan diaduk terlalu sering agar telur tidak pecah. Setelah telur tergumapal-gumpal dan tercampur rata dengan sayuran, angkat dan siap untuk dihidangkan.
(How to Make:
Heat the butter then add the garlic and onion, cook until fragrant and tender. Put the meat / shrimp, stir and cook until meat changes color. Put carrots, green beans, cabbage, green onions and celery. Add pepper and salt to taste smooth, stirring until the water dried vegetables.
