Sambal Kering Usus Ayam(Dry sauce Chicken Intestine)



Bahan (Ingredients):
150 gram usus goreng kering (150 grams of fried intestines)
150 gram kacang tanah (150 grams of peanuts)
150 gram kentang (dipotong tipis kemudian digoreng kering) [150 grams of potatoes (cut thin and fried)]
2 sendok makan gula pasir (2 tablespoons granulated sugar)
3 cm lengkuas (dimemarkan) (3 cm galangal (crushed))
Minyak goreng dan garam secukupnya (Cooking oil and salt to taste)


Bumbu yang dihaluskan (Spices that are):
7 buah cabai merah (7 red chilies)
3 siung bawang putih (3 cloves garlic)
½ sendok teh terasi (½ teaspoon shrimp paste)
3 mata asam jawa (3 eyes of tamarind)

Cara membuat (How to make):

Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan beserta lengkuas hingga harum kemudian masukkan gula pasir, dan aduk rata. Masukkan semua bahan kering, aduk hingga tercampur rata dan tertutup bumbu.
(Saute the paste along with ginger until fragrant and then enter the sugar, and stir well. Put all the dry ingredients, stirring until well blended and covered in spices.)
