Paru Masak Hijau(Cook the green lung)


Paru Masak Hijau

Bahan:
1/2 kg paru rebus (potong panjang)
2 buah tomat hijau (potong-potong)
12 cabai hijau (tumbuk kasar)
3 siung bawang putih (tumbuk kasar)
7 butir bawang merah (tumbuk kasar)
1 potong jahe (dipipihkan)
1 batang sereh (dipipihkan)
4 lembar daun jeruk purut
2 lembar daun salam
Garam dan minyak secukupnya


Cara membuat:
Cabai hijau, bawang putih dan bawang merah ditumis dengan meniyak sampai layu dan wangi. Masukan jahe, sereh, dan daun jeruk serta salam, aduk rata kemudian masukkan potongan paru tambahkan garam secukupnya. Aduk-aduk sambil diberi air sedkit agar bumbu meresap. Terakhir masukkan potongan tomat.

2 green tomatoes (chopped)
12 green chillies (roughly mashed)
3 cloves garlic (crushed coarse)
7 red onions (roughly mashed)
1 piece ginger (flattened)
1 stalk lemongrass (flattened)
4 kaffir lime leaves
2 bay leaves
Salt and oil to taste
 
How to make:
Green peppers, garlic and onion sauteed with meniyak until softened and fragrant. Put ginger, lemongrass and lime leaves and bay, stir well and then enter the lung pieces add salt to taste. Stir with a tiny fraction of the water given to allow the flavors to infuse. Last put tomato slices.
