Cara
Membuat:
Rebus
daging berserta lengkuas, sereh, dan daun salam hingga daging empuk, sishkan.
Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingga harum dan matang. Kemudian masukan ke dalam
rebusan daging. Masak hingga bumbu meresap. Haluskan jadi jadi satu semua bahan
sambalnya kemudian sisihkan.

Letakan
1 sendok teh sambal kacang, soun, taoge, kedelai, daun bawang, seledri, dan
telur. Lalu sieam dengan kuah soto serta tambahkan potongan daging dan kerupuk.
Segera hidangkan sebelum dingin.
