Cara
Membuat:
Tumis
bumbu yang dihaluskan sampai harum, masukan ayam, garam, gula, dan santan, aduk
rata lalu masak selama 15 menit. Setelah itu angkat lalu tambahkan kemangi,
salam, sereh, daun bawang, cabai merah, dan tomat. Kemudian aduk rata dan
bungkus dengan daun pisang menjadi beberapa bungkusan. Kukus selama 45 menit
sampai masak, angkat lalu panggang sampai setengah kering.
