Telur Kukus Kuah Kari (Steamed egg curry sauce)



Bahan (Ingredients):
6 butir telur ayam (6 eggs)
7 butir bawang merah (dirajang) (7 red onions (chopped)
1 potong kayu manis (1 piece of cinnamon)
2 bunga cengkeh (2 clove)

2 butir kapulaga  (2 grains of cardamom)
1 sendok makan air asam jawa  (1 tablespoon tamarind water)
600 cc santan dari 1 kelapa (600 cc coconut milk from 1 coconut)
Minyak untuk menumis (Oil for sauteing)

Bumbu Yang dihaluskan (The spice paste):
2 sendok the ketumbar sangria  (2 teaspoons toasted coriander)
½ sendok teh jintan sangan  (½ teaspoon cumin couples)
¼ sendok teh lada bulat  (¼ teaspoon pepper round)
3 siung bawang putih (3 cloves garlic)
3 buah cabai merah  (3 red chilies)
Garam secukupnya (Salt to taste)

Cara Membuat:
