Cara
Membuat:
Oncom
dilumatkan lalu dicampur dengan bumbu yang dihaluskan, tumis hingga harum.
Angkat lalu tambahkan cabai merah, daun bawang , dan telur, campur jadi satu.
Ambil daun pisang letakkan 2 sendok makan adonan oncom, beri selembar daun
salam, kemangi, dan sereh. Bungkus kemudian kukus selama 20 menit. Setelah
matang angkat, lalu bakar di atas bara sampai kering.
