Pepes Oncom (Pepes Oncom)



400 gram oncom bandung (400 gram oncom bandung)
2 buah cabai merah (2 red chilies)
2 butir telur ayam (2 chicken eggs)
6 tangkai daun bawang (dipotong serong) (6 stalks green onion (cut oblique)
8 lembar daun salam (8 bay leaves)
3 tangkai sereh (dipotong serong) (3 stalks lemongrass (cut oblique)
1 tangkai kemangi (1 stalk of basil)
Daun pisang secukupnya (Banana leaves to taste)


Bumbu yang Dihaluskan (Spices that are):
5 butir bawang merah (5 red onions)
4 siung bawang putih (4 cloves garlic)
3 cm kencur (3 cm kencur)
1 sendok teh gula merah (1 teaspoon brown sugar)
2 buah cabai merah (2 red chilies)
Garam secukupnya (Salt to taste)

Cara Membuat:
Oncom dilumatkan lalu dicampur dengan bumbu yang dihaluskan, tumis hingga harum. Angkat lalu tambahkan cabai merah, daun bawang , dan telur, campur jadi satu. Ambil daun pisang letakkan 2 sendok makan adonan oncom, beri selembar daun salam, kemangi, dan sereh. Bungkus kemudian kukus selama 20 menit. Setelah matang angkat, lalu bakar di atas bara sampai kering.
(How to Make):
(Oncom crushed and mixed with the spice paste, stir-fry until fragrant. Lift then add red pepper, green onions, and eggs, mix them together. Take a banana leaf place 2 tablespoons of batter oncom, give a piece of bay leaf, basil, and lemongrass. Wrap and steam for 20 minutes. Once cooked up, and then grilled over coals until dry).
