Kare Ayam (Chicken curry)



Bahan (ingredients):
1 ekor ayam kampong dara (700 gram) dipotong 12 bagian (1 chicken village virgins (700 grams) cut 12 sections)
4 lembar daun jeruk (4 lime leaves)
2 batang sereh (2 stalks lemongrass)


2 sendok makan gula pasir (2 tablespoons granulated sugar)
1 ½ sendok makan garam (1 ½ tablespoons salt)
600 ml santan encer (600 ml coconut milk diluted)
250 ml santan kental (250 ml thick coconut milk)
75 ml FILMA untuk menumis (75 ml FILMA for sauteing)
 
Bumbu yang Dihaluskan (Spices that are):
4 siung bawang putih (4 cloves garlic)
2 cm kunyit (2 cm turmeric)
2 cm jahe (2 cm ginger)
2 cm lengkuas (2 cm galangal)
6 cabe merah (dibuang bijinya) (4 items hazelnut)
4 butir kemiri (6 red chilli (deseeded))
1 sendok makan ketumbar (1 tablespoon coriander)
1 ½ sendok teh merica (1 ½ teaspoon pepper)
2 mata asam jawa (2 eyes tamarind)

Cara Membuat:
Tumis bumbu, daun jeruk dan sereh dengan FILMA hingga harum dan matang. Masukan ayam, tumis hingga berubah warna, masukan santan encer dan kecilkan api. Masak ayam hingga ¾ matang, masukan santan kental, aduk terus agar santan tidak pecah, hingga matang. Lalu sajikan dengan ketupat, sambal goreng ati, telur pindang, bubuik kedelai, ebi dan kerupuk udang.

(How to Make)
(Saute the spices, lime leaves and lemongrass with FILMA until fragrant and cooked. Put the chicken, stir-fry until it changes color, add thin coconut milk and reduce heat. Cook the chicken until ¾ cooked, add coconut milk, coconut milk, stirring constantly so it does not break, until cooked. And serve with rice cake, sambal goreng ati, eggs pindang, bubuik soybeans, dried shrimp and prawn crackers.)
