Oseng-Oseng Sawi Asin (Stir-stir mustard Salt)



Bahan (Ingredients):
3 sendok makan minyak (3 tablespoons oil)
2 siung bawang putih (dicincang) (2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 butir bawang Bombay (dirajang) (1 egg onion (chopped)
1 sendok makan kecap asin (1 tablespoon soy sauce)

1 sendok teh minyak wijen (1 teaspoon sesame oil)
5 buah cabai merah (dirajang serong) (5 pieces of red pepper (chopped oblique
150 gram sawi asin, cuci dan dipotong-potong (150 grams of salted mustard greens, washed and cut into pieces)
100 gram toge (bersihkan) (100 grams of sprouts (clean)
100 gram ikan asin (100 grams of salted fish

Cara Membuat:
Ikan asin digoreng lalu sisihkan. Kedalam sisa minyak masukan bawang putih, masak sampai wangi. Masukan bawang Bombay, tumis sampai layu, tambahkan kecap asin dan minyk wijen. Aduk rata lalu masukan cabai ,aduklah. Kemudian masukan sawi dan taoge. Oseng sebentar lalu masukan ikan asin aduk kemudian angkatlah.
(How to Make):
(Fried salted fish and set aside. Input into the remaining oil garlic, cook until fragrant. Put onion, saute until soft, add soy sauce and sesame minyk. Stir well and then enter the chili, stir. Then enter the mustard and sprouts. Stir briefly and then enter the lift and then stir in fish sauce).
